Yoni power doesn’t stand alone without acknowledging the very thing that gives us nourishment after birth. Some may call it the “Original Bottle,” but I call it a beautiful manifestation of a mother’s sacred love.
Yes, I am talking about breast milk.
It is what gives us life, and an abundance of vitamins to withstand the evolution from womb to earth. The connection of a newborn child to its mother through breastfeeding has been known to enhance the growth and productivity of that child’s development.
A woman’s breasts are considered to be sacred among many groups and is acknowledged as another gateway to her sacred divine feminine power. A healthy pair of breasts can increase the overall health of woman’s well-being, and help in re-balancing her reproductive system.
Many women may not be aware that providing your breasts with a self-care regimen can and will transform their lives.
So you ask. How is this possible? Let’s talk on how to have a healthy flow of hormones, breast milk, and heart energy throughout our chest center.
Here are my five tips on how to have healthier breasts:
1. BREAST MASSAGES
When it comes to breast health, breast massages are number one. Massaging our breasts may seem “too sexual” for some, but it is an important tool to helping to release tension, toxins, and painful energetic blockages that could causing problems within a woman’s body. The breasts are made up of a few things like, fat, but also a plethora of lymph vessels, that help drain waste from the breasts or more technical the mammary glands.
When the lymphatic system isn’t effectively draining waste outside the body it becomes blocked and toxins begin to build. Giving your breasts a routinely massage with feminine health herbs and/or oils, like coconut oil, loosens those compounded toxins and help the lymphatic fluids to begin to flow again. Along with moving lymphatic fluids, massaging the breasts helps hormones, like, estrogen to be released and increases a balancing of other hormones.
2. YOGA POSES FOR BREAST HEALTH
Yoga has been known for years to increasing ones health, but did you know that doing yoga can also help your breasts as well. Yoga is a form of “exercise” some may say to assisting in strengthening the body and creating a more flexible demeanor, but in many ancient texts yoga is a universal spiritual journey into the depths of your entire well-being. Practicing certain yoga poses can give the breasts a fuller look, and provide movement for our nippled friends.
Poses that are consistent with stretching the chest open are good builders of the pectoral muscles which are our gathered around the breasts. Other poses that consist of turning the body upside down are key founders to moving lymphatic fluids around the breasts insuring a healthier flow.
Certain yoga poses like Cobra (Bhujangasana), Warrior (Virabhadrasana I and II), Bridge (Setu Bandhasana), Seated Spinal Twist (Ardha Matsyendrasana), and Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) are believed to aid breast health by engaging chest muscles, improving circulation, and enhancing flexibility.
3. CLAY BREAST MASKS
Clay masks aren’t just beneficial for the face, but can be applied onto the breasts as well. As we all know clay masks boosts the levels of youth within the face, and can also relieve the body from harmful toxins. This too is functional to the feminine breasts. While allowing natural healing clays, like, bentonite clay, to dry upon the chest area. These benefits will go a long way into clearing negative feedback from our breasts.
4. FOOD OF LOVE
Obtaining a healthy eating habit is imperative to breast and reproductive health. Bridging foods into our diets that can feed our breasts optimal nutrition will have us feeling magnificently brilliant. Some key foods for breast health are fresh vegetables, like cruciferous or dark leafy green vegetables, fresh citrus fruits, fibrous foods, and, even herbal plants, like fenugreek, and milk thistle.
Along with food digestion an adequate amount of daily water intake is just as important for fluidity within our breasts.
5. FREE THE BOOBIES!
Girl!!! Take off that bra and live free. Releasing our breasts from the constraints of our bras is such a liberating act. I may say so myself. Wearing bras have been scientifically proven to actually cause more harm than good to female body. So why do we wear them you ask? Society tells us to! In this male-dominated world we as women are told to cover, to hide, and to even refurbish the status of our breasts if they’re not to the liking of the masculine ideology of the feminine body.
So I say “Free the Boobies!!!” from the B.R.A. (Breast Restraint and Assassination). Going bra-less for some time can indeed cause the breasts to lift naturally, and create a greater current of lymphatic fluids. Though I know some of us just can’t go without a bra in certain settings…So please be mindful and always invest in the right size and comfortable “support systems.”
As you can see the significant points to breast wellness is the healthy movement of the lymphatic system, and release of feminine hormones. When a woman becomes knowledgeable about the nature of her lady lumps. She brings about an abundance of love and joy into her body and nutrients to her baby. Healthy breasts not only give a high sound in wellness, but also increases the sexual personality of a woman.
Whether you call them boobies, breasts, knockers, bosoms, titties, or even love apples. They are yours to care for. Just as a mother give her breast to a baby to feed. That mother must also feed her breast as well.
And for all the women whom breastfeed out-loud. I applaud you for staying true to our nature as women. #freethenipple
