That experience taught me the importance of monitoring both my habits and my partner's for intimate health. We must safeguard our delicate balance while ensuring our partners aren't inadvertently disrupting it. Now, onto the five signs that might signal trouble for your pH balance:


1. THEM DIRTY BEHIND FINGERNAILS!

Fingernails, oh, they're like the secret agents of personal hygiene, revealing more than just a person's manicure preferences. Those neglected nails are potential hideouts for bacteria and germs, sneaky troublemakers that could disrupt your pH balance.

 

And let's chat about the remnants of last night's snack or, uh, recreational activities, like rolling up that blunt and now they got the lil ‘weed fingers’—they might seem harmless, but in your intimate space, they're like uninvited guests at a fancy dinner party.
