An energetic yoni detox juice/infused water that will have you feeling bright and floating on cloud 9. Blended with the popular adaptogen “ashwagandha”, as well as watermelon, lime, and chia seeds. An easy to make and my favorite juice recipe! Follow my tips and juice recipe for a natural pick me non-caffeinated energy drink.

Ooh Sis!!! Living in the 21st century can feel like we’re rolling in like a hot mess of poo and adulting is a bit much. At times, feeling the daily stressors of life can be overwhelming, but definitely can be manageable. Whether it's emotional, mental, or even physical, there are plenty of natural ways to live stress-free.

How? You say. 

Well number one is your EATING HABITS!



Yes, what you eat will always have a major effect on your wellness. If you want to have more clarity and less fog brain, eating foods like blueberries, walnuts, and even chia seeds are scientifically proven to improve cognition, but let’s also talk about adaptogens. Adaptogens are plants with special properties that can help the body resist bodily stressors.

Meaning, when the s**t hits the fan, take an adaptogen! Lmao!

This alternative energy drink is loaded with plenty of nutrients and vitamins to getting yourself smiling again. It can be made into a juice or infused water creating the perfect 2021 spring/summer yoni detox drink.

TOOLS YOU'LL NEED:

Ironically, for the Happy Juice 🍉 you will NOT need a juicer, but a blender to mix your ingredients. Watermelon is an extremely water-based fruit that does need much breaking down. Some other key tools to use are storage jars/bottles with lids, good intentions, and also be sure to try organic choices for your groceries.

Happiness is something that can’t be given to you, but gathered and mustered up from the depths of your truest self.

 

MENTAL WELLNESS TIPS:

  • Meditation: The constant practice of going deep within and listening to myself has always brought me a peaceful mind.

  • Dancing/Yoga/Exercising: Formulating a regimen to keep your body moving will help remove toxins that could be causing a sluggish thought process.

How fast does Ashwagandha start to work?

It can take up to 7-30 days before noticing any major effects while taking Ashwagandha everyday. Personally, I noticed I had a "happy feeling" and more energy after day 4-5 of taking the capsules.

Happy Juice

How to make this energerizing juice! a simple juice with only 5 ingredients 🍉 and the popular adaptogen Ashwagandha in under 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Cups Watermelon
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 2 Tsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tsp. Ashwagandha Powder
  • 8-16oz Coconut Water
 

INSTRUCTIONS:

JUICING:

  • Soak your chia seeds in 1/2 cup of water for up to 10 mins or until the gel covering appears (trust me the gel is a key part).
  • Add your 2 cups of watermelon chunks, 8oz of coconut water, squeezed 1/2 lime juice, ashwagandha powder, and chia seeds to a blender; mix until blended well.
  • Mix until blended well, pour into a 16oz glass bottle, and serve happily!

INFUSED WATER:

  • Chop your watermelon into thin sliced chunks. Next, add your 1/2 lime and watermelon into an empty 16oz glass jars.
  • Then, add your ashwagandha powder, chia seeds, and top your glass jar with about 16oz of coconut water.
  • Shake well to mix ingredients and store in refrigerator overnight with lid closed. Serve happily with or without fruit the next day.

NOTES:

Be mindful to always choose Organic fresh fruits/veggies when buying your produce. This ensures no unwanted added toxic chemicals, like certain pesticides are lurking in your food.

If you aren't not feeling the taste of Ashwagandha powder, you can always take the capsules instead.
