A delicious smoothie that’s packed with healthy ingredients geared towards creating a cleaner & sweeter kitty. Best anytime drink made with cranberry, pineapple, dandelion, and coconut water for getting an extra morning boost. Vegan and dairy free! Yikes! Have you ever had a moment where you had this romantic getaway planned or your birthday was coming up, but your “pum pum” wasn’t on the right smell/taste frequency.
Ugh! You start to freak out because you KNOW you want to have some big fun, but the feminine nature said no.
One day you might’ve decided to buy them cute cheap little panties and now you have a yeast infection, or maybe your new medication has some weird side-effects, or even yet got B.V. from using that unnatural soap on your feminine area.
GIRL!!! I’ve been there and the felt struggle. Whatever the case may be, it’s not a fun trip. Which is why I created the Sweeter Punani smoothie.
We all want that nice wet and sweet love below for when we’re planning something like vacations. So let's dive into one of my favorite yoni detox smoothies.
WHY THE SWEETER PUNANI SMOOTHIE?
At times, we can have great difficulty keeping everything smelling up to par, even for most hygienic women. Many customs can change the natural pH of our “feminine areas” that create foul odors; keeping our love lives out of the equation. This can be from medication, poor yoni-care, toxic environments, dirty spouses (ew!), as well as some bad eating habits.
So I decided to share my favorite smoothie to detoxify nasty odor causing germs, and sweeten the taste.

If you are a woman who's had B.V. (Bacterial Vaginosis), yeast infection, or other feminine reproductive ailments, you know that feeling of
“Is everything smelling right down there?” “I hope they don't smell me?”...
Just the thought is uncomfortable and quite embarrassing. Which can begin to cause other issues in confidence of self.
In this smoothie, I added key ingredients to provide everything we’re all looking for in yumminess and detoxifying. Pineapples and cranberries are a good source of nutrition when it comes to women’s health. Loaded with lots of vitamin c to increase immunity, and are well known for various beneficial when it comes to feminine self care, for instance, cranberries offer numerous benefits for women, including supporting urinary tract health, preventing recurring UTIs, and potentially reducing the risk of certain cancers.
As well as pineapple being good for their bromelain's anti-inflammatory properties, and manganese for reproductive health.
Dandelion is like the quiet little magical weed growing in our backyards that no one knew much about until recent studies. Popular for detoxifying the liver, colon, and digestive system of unwanted waste.
Cinnamon is great for weight loss, sensual potency, and has anti-inflammatory properties. With this mixture of vital ingredients I chose most were alkaline-forming as well.
BONUS: For feminine hormonal balance, add some Maca Root Powder which may help relieve stress, menstrual/menopausal issues, and increase energy.
TOOLS YOU'LL NEED:
A key tool to a good creamy and whipped smoothie, is an efficient high-definition blender. I’ve had many different types of blenders, but my favorite is the Ninja brand.
Some other tools to start with is a glass water bottle, cutting board and a safe health-food store.

Evidence suggests that this tropical fruit's juice consumption over-time may impact the taste of a woman. In the past, I noticed drinking pineapple juice did indeed changed my pum pum taste and smell after about 3 days. It's important to remember that individual differences in metabolism and diet play a significant role in how our bodies taste, so results may vary.
Does eating a vegan diet help with vaginal health?
While a vegan diet can contribute to overall vaginal health by promoting a balanced pH level and reducing inflammation, it is important to note that odor can be influenced by a variety of factors, such as hygiene practices, hormonal changes, and infections, and solely relying on a vegan diet may not be a guaranteed solution, but it definitely may make some positive changes.

How to make this sweet delightful smoothie! A simple smoothie recipe with only 6 ingredients and my favorite fruit for yoni health Cranberries in under 5 minutes.

EQUIPMENT:
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Cup of Cranberries
- 1 Cup of Pineapple Chunks
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Handful Dandelion Leaves
- 8oz Coconut Water
- 1 Tsp. of Cinnamon Powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
- If you have a whole pineapple, cut it into small pieces without the skin.
- Next, add to blender your cranberries, pineapple chunks, fresh dandelion leaves, coconut water, cinnamon powder, and raw honey.
- Cover and blend until desired smooth texture. Enjoy!
NOTES:
Be mindful to always choose Organic produce when buying your fresh fruits/veggies. This ensures no unwanted added toxic chemicals, like certain pesticides are lurking in your food.
If you would like to add other herbs for yoni health, you can try the popular Maca Root Powder.
