A detox tonic that had me gut happy, motivated, and pH balanced. This tonic is filled with healthy cleansing ingredients known for reducing inflammation, waste removal, and digestive issues. Added with the power herb; turmeric and the popular home remedy apple cider vinegar. With simple to make directions for when you’re on the morning go. The Yoni Snapback literally changed my life in 2015!


Alright Sis, let’s talk detox and why is it so important!

WHY DETOX THAT YONI?

Detoxing is important for our overall health and well-being. In today's world, we are constantly exposed to various toxins and pollutants through the air we breathe, the food we eat, and the products we use. These toxins can accumulate in our bodies over time and can have negative effects on our yoni health, leading to fatigue, digestive issues, inflammation like cysts, and even feminine health problems.

Detoxing allows our body's natural detoxification systems, including the liver and kidneys, to work more efficiently and eliminate these harmful substances especially from our pum pums. By supporting the detoxification process through various methods, such as eating a clean and nutrient-rich diet, staying hydrated, exercising regularly, and reducing our exposure to toxins, we can help our bodies eliminate built-up toxins and promote overall wellness.

It also provides an opportunity to reset our eating habits, boost energy levels, and even promote weight loss. It's an ancient essential practice for optimizing our health and rejuvenating our bodies.

 

One of my personal favorite ways to cleanse my body is by fasting or juicing. The Yoni Snapback was one of the first herbal tonics I created to start my detox journey! I created this tonic in 2015 back when I was suffering from IBS (Irritable Bowl Syndrome), a painful ovarian cyst, and BV (Bacterial Vaginosis) that caused a wonky pH balance. Ugh! I know, but luckily I listened to my spirit and did some research on various natural homeopathic herbs for my feminine/gut health problems and “voilà”. Ya girl struck gold and the Yoni Snapback was born!

 

WHAT IS AN HERBAL TONIC?

An herbal tonic is a natural remedy that harnesses the power of plant-based ingredients to promote wellness and enhance overall health. Herbal tonics are specifically crafted to provide nourishment and support to various bodily systems. Composed of carefully selected herbs, botanicals, and often combined with other natural elements, herbal tonics can address specific health concerns or serve as a general tonic to maintain vitality.

These aromatic concoctions can be consumed as teas, tinctures, capsules, or even as topical applications, providing a plethora of options to attain the potential benefits of herbal healing. From boosting immunity and aiding digestion to relieving stress and promoting restful sleep, herbal tonics offer a gentle and holistic approach to optimize well-being.

MY EXPERIENCE

After the first three days of taking my Yoni Snapback tonic I started to feel a great relief on my left ovary and my gut was slowing becoming more settled and balanced then ever. My pum pum started to smell better, that nasty discharge went away, and my yoni confidence was coming back. Bye bye to that crazy IBS & BV drama and hello to a happy gut/yoni!

After reaching my goal of doing a yoni detox for 7 days along with a three day juice fast, my energy levels were on cloud 9, I didn’t have that pregnant looking IBS bloat, and my ovaries was less inflamed with toxic cysts.

Sis! I kid you not. I cried in so much joy once I found out the wonderful concoction I created for my own body to heal naturally.

Til this day I still occasionally use the Yoni Snapback for when I need to cleanse my gut or after a rare  wonky pH episode. I even remixed it without the turmeric into a vulva douche for bacterial vaginosis (B.V.) and yeast infections, but that’s for another blog post.

One of my favorite ingredients in this tonic is apple cider vinegar. It is an amazing liquid that I swear by for all women that may suffer from vaginal health issues, like, a wonky pH balance. Girl! Go get you some apple cider vinegar now. It is heaven sent!

TOOLS YOU'LL NEED:

A great thing with this tonic you only a few tools for storing which makes it such an easy recipe to create at home. The best way I love to store my tonics are in the refrigerator into a sealed glass jar for up to four days, in which I personally mix up the liquid and powdered ingredients, but a blender or a juicer can be used. Especially a good juicer if you decide to use a small amount of raw turmeric root instead of the powder.

The best way I love to make this is in the moment since it takes less than 5 minutes to make.

Some of my clients find it even more soothing if you warm up your tonic before serving. So a teapot warmer is great for these early morning or late night yoni detoxing moods.

 

GIRL LIFE HACKS DETOXING TIPS:

  • Drink More Water: Drinking water is always key to helping your body remove extra waste, and keeping your yoni moist and sweet.

  • Always Use Organic Foods: Using organic not only brings about all of the nutrients you need in it’s natural state, but eliminates unwanted possible toxic residue from GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms).

  • Find a Detox That’s Right For You: Like I mentioned early, there are various methods to detoxifying your body. Whether it be juicing, trying a raw vegan diet, water fasting, or eating alkaline foods.

Always do your research, consult with a trusting/knowledgeable doctor/nutritionist/herbalist before taking any new herbs.

The floating stuff in apple cider vinegar refers to the cloudy, floating substance composed of beneficial bacteria, enzymes, and proteins that form naturally during the fermentation process. Also callled (the mother) by Bragg.

Can you use Apple Cider Vinegar to naturally restore feminine pH balance?

Apple cider vinegar has been shown to possess acidic properties that may help restore and maintain a healthy pH balance, potentially aiding in overall feminine health. I've been using diluted AVC as a natural remedy for BV (bacterial vaginosis) & past Yeasty Beasty (yeast infection) for years as a feminine wash & bath ingredient. It works wonders!

How to make this energerizing juice! A simple juice with only 5 ingredients 🍉 and the popular adaptogen Ashwagandha in under 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1-2 Tbsp. Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1-2 Tsp. Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 16oz Spring Water

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Add tonic ingredients to a glass 16 ounces of spring or distilled water, stir until mixed well and serve.


NOTES:

Be mindful to always choose Organic products when buying your herbs, honey, & ACV. This ensures no unwanted added toxic chemicals, like certain pesticides are lurking in your food.

If you aren't not feeling the taste of Turmeric powder, you can always take the capsules or even juice the raw root instead.
